My name is Trey Derrick, and I am a business/real estate investor and real estate buyer’s agent who has spent the majority of the last nine years outside the U.S. in Central America (primarily Costa Rica) and Japan (credentials).

My wife Katie, who is an artist, and I are property owners in Costa Rica, and were married five years ago on the Nicoya Peninsula in Santa Teresa. Since that time, we have chosen Manzanillo as our home. We hope to provide services that were unavailable to us when we decided to make our first investments in Costa Rica.
