My name is Trey Derrick, and I am a business/real estate investor and real estate agent who lives in Costa Rica. My wife Katie and I (About Us) are property owners and were married 5 years ago on the Nicoya Peninsula in Santa Teresa. Since that time, we have chosen Manzanillo as our home.
