Property Management
The majority of foreign property owners do not live in Costa Rica full-time, and because they do not feel comfortable leaving their property for extended periods without someone overseeing it, we offer the service of property management for a monthly fee or per job basis. The fees and services differ with the needs of every client but can range from cleaning your home and property before your arrival, to taking care of the landscaping, maintaining your vehicle, paying utilities and handling important documents and emergencies with your lawyer.
Also, many foreigners use their properties as rentals and need someone to manage those rentals when they are out of the country. We can prepare the rentals for the arrival of guests, explain the use of facilities, drop off and pick up keys, deposit money in your bank, and countless other things necessary to maintain rental properties. This service is usually based on a percentage of the rental price.

- Communicating with your lawyer, architect, engineer, contractor, employees, etc.
- Taking bids & estimates for services needed
- Record keeping, general banking
- Payment of taxes, services, etc.
- Business and property dealings with the municipality
- Arrange for cleaning homes and rentals

- Attending to and watching over property and employees
- Community information regarding festivals, projects, and specific developments affecting your investment
- Vehicle maintenance
